Welcome to Scarlet, your AI-powered interview coach. By accessing or using our mobile and web application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Use (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.


1. Introduction

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Scarlet regarding your use of the App. By creating an account, using the App, or accessing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


2. Eligibility

To use Scarlet, you must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.


3. User Accounts

To access key features of Scarlet, you must create an account using a valid email address or third-party login (e.g., Google or Apple).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.


4. Subscription & Payments

Scarlet offers both Free and Premium plans:
• Free users have limited access to training sessions and feedback.
• Premium users unlock full access to advanced features, including unlimited simulations, detailed feedback, and exclusive categories.

We also use an internal credit system called SC (Scarlet Coins), which may be purchased and used to unlock specific trainings or feedback.

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, RevenueCat, Apple, Google). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period.


5. Use of the App

You agree to use Scarlet only for lawful purposes. You may not:
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app.
• Use automated systems to access or extract content.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm others on the platform.
• Use feedback generated by Scarlet to deceive recruiters or violate job application rules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if these terms are violated.


6. Intellectual Property

All content on Scarlet — including the avatar, voice, AI-generated feedback, and training simulations — is owned by Scarlet or licensed for use. You may not reuse, republish, or modify this content without written permission.

You retain rights to any user-generated input (e.g., your responses during training), but we may use anonymized data to improve the platform.


7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms, or in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.


8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Scarlet is a training tool, not a guarantee of job placement. We do not represent or warrant that our services will result in employment or specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scarlet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified via the App or email. Continued use of Scarlet after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
